Rail heating machine

Used for soldering operations. They are composed of a generator, a light pump with two exits and a reservoir for air gas. The aforesaid mixture produces flames as soon as the motor is switched on. This results to preheating the tips of the rails.

Rail grinding device

There are two types of this device. The supple and profile types. This machine is used for the smoothening of the rails after soldering in order to make it homogenous. It comprises a generator (used on line) or of an electric motor (in cases of the stationary facilities).

These machines are composed of a generator, speed limps, a reverse and a clutch. The clutch moves in two directions by tightening and of loosening. On wooden cross bars, these contraptions tighten and loosen the bolts while on metallic cross bars it tightens and loosens bolts

Abrasive rail saw machine

They are made up of a generator with two motives. The first being a transmission strap device for cutting the disk, more so it is a cutting guide ensuring the right cut.

Rail drill
